With a client-centered approach, I combine theories and methods from Individual Therapy based on Adler, Non-Violent Communication Methods developed by Marshall Rosenberg, Logotherapy, Family System Therapy, Art Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Sessions are confidential and usually 60 to 90 minutes in duration.
